I walk in darkness,

No light to guide me.

A distant scream,

The color of blood.

My eyes are open,

Emptiness surrounds me.

My heart is broken,

Shattered by love.

Hope is a memory,

Searched for in vain.

Love is a dream,

A fairy tale's name.

Lost in the shadow's,

Waiting for daylight.

In spite of the suffering,

Still wishing to dream.
